Dose Conversion in DHVs and Profiles from eV/g to Gy

Dear Authors,

I have recently installed PRIMO on my new PC (intel core i7 14700).

Following the instructions in the User Manual, I have tried running the examples as well. Examples 01 and 02 were fine.

But upon running example 03, the simulated dose won't convert to Gy even when following the steps in setting the conversion factors as indicated in the User Manual.

As shown in the photo below, the dose is still stuck in eV/g units. This is in the Plan and Dose tab.

How to work this out?

Your assistance would be of great help for my research.
