Dear Primo support team,

I am conducting a study of H&N clinical cases to compare Primo with Eclipse (AcurosXB algorithm), and I noticed that across all plans there is a long tail in DVHs, as shown below. I think these tails arise mainly at the body surface and inside the airways. Could I ask whether there is a reason for this and whether there is a way to resolve it?
